We provide all our customers with a GRP fibreglass moulding service which is of the highest quality. Many products can be manufactured in this way including:

We can form the fibreglass items from your own plans and measurements, provide advice or by taking a mould of the original part and remanufacturing it.

The process to have a fibreglass custom part manufactured begins with the design and specification drawings, the mould (tool / pattern) is made from the existing item or from the drawings supplied by the customer.

If the customer has an existing item such as a car door for example, we can take a "lift" from it and then use this to produce the GRP fibreglass version.

We require the following information from our clients:

•  Plans or an existing item to "lift"
•  The thickness of the fibreglass to determine strength
•  What colour you require
•  What kind of finish is required - Gloss resin or matt finish

The quotation for the product, would be forwarded whatever the quantity.
The quote for your new GRP fibreglass moulded product would be inclusive of the production cost, mould cost, and delivery/lead time, plus payment terms.
